You will always receive a confirmation that your package has been prepared and ready to go to the mail. We go to the mail once a week, every week. It is always announced by the stories of Instagram (@maleonlineboutique) and Facebook (Malé Online Boutique) the day the package is sent. Once the package is sent we are not responsible for lost packages. If the mail returns a package to us, we will contact the client and he will have to pay shipping costs to be able to be sent again.
